Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Invitify at invitifycard.com — the free invitation and card maker, accounts, and paid Premium. By using Invitify you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who we are

Invitify is operated by Sharafat Ali, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan ("we", "us"). You can reach us at sharafat.codes@gmail.com.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have a guardian's consent.

Your invitations and content

You own the names, messages, photos and music you put into an invitation. You are responsible for having the right to use them — including the right to use any music you upload and to publish any photo of another person. You give us the limited licence needed to store, display and deliver your invitation to the people you share it with.

Invitations are shared by link. Anyone who has the link can open it. Treat the link as you would a paper invitation: it is private, but it is not secret.

Guests and RSVPs

When a guest replies to your invitation, their name, reply and any details they enter (phone number, meal choice, companions, message) are stored so that you, the host, can read them. You agree to use that information only to organise your event and not to add guests to marketing lists or share their details with third parties.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, harmful, deceptive, hateful or harassing content.
  • No content that infringes someone else's rights, including photos and music you do not have the right to use.
  • No attempts to disrupt, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • No use of the share links or RSVP forms to collect data for any purpose other than your own event.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Free and Premium

  • The free tier lets you make and share a card with a small Invitify credit on it.
  • Premium is a one-time purchase for your event, with no limit on how many invitations you make. It unlocks every design, the invitation website, downloads and the full RSVP guest list, with editing and downloads open for the number of days shown at checkout (long enough to cover an event). Nothing renews automatically.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
  • When that window ends, the invitations you made keep working and their links do not change. Your RSVP guest list stays yours. What closes is the Premium side of the editor for new or edited cards.
  • Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
  • We may change prices or what Premium includes, with reasonable notice; a purchase you have already made keeps what it was sold with.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Invitify available and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue parts of the service. Share links for saved invitations depend on the service continuing to run and your account being in good standing.

Intellectual property

The Invitify designs, software and branding are ours. Using a design in your own invitation is part of the service; copying designs to use elsewhere, or presenting the service as your own, is not.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Invitify is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost data, revenue or profit arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts there. Your purchase itself is also governed by Paddle's buyer terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
